Errors and inaccuracies happen to the best of us and unfortunately these mistakes can sometimes be embarrassing. The Data Validation module endevours to identify and correct many data inaccuracies or malformed information such as abbreviated street names or missing mandatory information.
Data Validation rules can be customised to the specific needs of each funeral home and also performs checks against the contact list.
Auto-Prompts
Some fields have information that can be automatically supplied or prompted such as Postcode fields. Checks against existing clients notify First Call of pre-existing client files.

Fee Entry
Entry of fees can be added throughout the arrangement file, leading to a compiled Fees Estimate without much extra work. Fees can be customized or selected from the Price List.
